The role is responsible for a broad range of strategic and operational HR deliverables for approximately 270+ people in Australia (Remote-First, Hybrid & Onsite across 3 entities). This senior manager role will oversee a scope including employee relations, labor relations, HR operations, compliance, local policy development and implementation ensuring alignment to the global organisation.The Sr HR Manager & HRBP, ANZS (Head of People, Culture and Safety) reports to the VP, General Manager ANZS and supporting the Senior Leadership team to lead, design, develop and implement localised HR strategies for the ANZS line of business, aligned to the global organisation. This position will also regularly interface with key stakeholders locally, such as the VP of Expert Services and globally, with HR colleagues, ranging from business partners to COE partners.What You Will Do:
- Lead the strategy for the ANZS line of business for talent development of our team based in Australia including training & development, talent reviews & succession planning at all levels
- Coach, advice & support VP, General Manager ANZS and the Senior Leadership on all team related performance and conduct matters in the region
- Lead policy review and implementation through collaboration across the region (for all 3 entities) and advice people leaders on organisational policy and initiatives
- Lead expert on the Vista Enterprise Agreement and application of its clauses, liaise with people leaders, employees, HR advisors, finance and payroll functions as necessary in supporting agreement interpretation
- Partner with the global DEI team, to lead, support and drive the DEI initiatives in the region, especially localising it to suit the team based in Australia
- Lead the regional data, analysis and strategy for government bodies, such as WGEA
- Lead the region’s wellbeing strategy in collaboration with business leaders across the 3 entities
- Oversee the manufacturing plant safety standards
- Manage & develop a team of 5 direct reports, providing ongoing feedback and coaching
- 10 years experience in the field of Human Resources, within a global environment
- Demonstrate a generalist background in all human resources management domains
- Significant experience in leading safety in a manufacturing/FMCG environment
- Deep acumen of Australian employment legislation and regulations in industrial relations
- Strong influential skills providing the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Industry experience in eCommerce and /or Manufacturing
- Project management skills
- Degree in HR, Business or a related field (Masters in HRM highly regarded)
- Proficient with Google suite
