This includes Heads of People Experience, People Capability & Development, People & Safety Partnering and Strategic People Programs, and provides a rare and unique opportunity for highly experienced, passionate and strategically capable People and Culture leaders to be part of this newly established team.
About this Role
Reporting to the CPO and leading the People Partnering, Advisory and Safety & Wellbeing teams, the Head of People and Safety Partnering has responsibility for fostering relationships and seamless partnering and engagement between People and Culture, Saab’s leadership team and the broader workforce. Strategic partnering and workforce insights will drive the development of strategic plans aimed at integrating programs and initiatives across people experience, talent management, safety and wellbeing, performance management and lifecycle management within the business. You will also oversee delivery of effective and efficient P&C practices and solutions, with a focus on digital transformation.
