Working as a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, and reporting to the Managing Director, this newly created role will offer strategic guidance, and implement solutions in human resources, safety, and organisational development, to drive growth, ensure compliance, and foster a people first culture.The key responsibilities will be:
- Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop and deliver people, culture and Safety strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Remuneration and Benefits: Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, EVP, KPI development and salary benchmarking.
- Organisational Development: Drive cultural change focused on building a high performance culture, retention of staff and talent management processes, including performance reviews, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Training & Development: Review and implement succession planning practices to identify high-potential employees and support their career development. Implement employee induction programs tailored to roles.
- Leadership: identify leadership development needs and implement programs that build leadership capabilities.
- WHS: Lead the WHS team and drive the continuous improvement of WHS risk management across the organisation.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on employee relations matters and ensure policies are in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
We are looking for a progressive, and inspirational leader who has experience delivering P&C initiatives, driving positive cultural change, working with Executive leaders and is experienced in leading teams.
