Due to major growth we are expanding our team and currently looking for a Head of Product to join us.
As the Head of Product for our Growth department, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of third-party development initiatives. You will foster strong relationships with external partners, oversee the development process, and ensure successful integrations and collaborations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Create and implement a detailed plan for third-party development
- Manage the entire product development process for third-party projects
- Specify product needs, prioritise features, and collaborate with teams for on-time, quality delivery
- Keep up with industry trends and technical advancements to enhance product innovation
- Review data and user input regularly to refine and enhance the products
- Guide and inspire a high-performing product team, promoting teamwork and growth
What you will bring to the role:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- You have significant experience working with third-party development or partnerships in software or technology, driving teams to successful delivery
- You have a proven track record of launching and managing products effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- You are experienced in social gaming across various products
- You are an expert in strategic planning and budgeting
- You have experience leading and mentoring senior product management team members
