They are seeking a visionary Head of Product leader to steer their digital product offerings. You will work on state-of-the-art technology, driving innovation across their services and digital product offerings, creating and driving value for the customer in everything you do.What They're Looking For:
This is an Executive level Head of Product role. They are seeking someone with a proven track record in team management, coaching, upskilling, mentoring, and maintaining strong relationships, in cross functional areas. Ideally, you will come from an FMCG and e-commerce background or have compelling experience in enterprise-level businesses in the B2C space.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product teams to uphold best-in-class practices, ensuring impactful solutions.
• Drive product development and design strategy in line with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations) for successful product delivery.
• Implement continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and user research.
• Oversee a diverse team of leaders in product management, design, and BA’s, providing mentorship.
• Define and prioritize initiatives on the product roadmap using market analysis and customer feedback.
• Champion a user-centric design ethos for intuitive, accessible, and delightful products.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in product management and design, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, partners, and vendors.
