They are in a phase of fast growth and are actively seeking a passionate individual to join their team and work across marketing and experiential projects for leading global brands.
You will be an experienced Head of Production who is looking for a senior leadership role within a creative business. You will be passionate about building up a department, building relationships with the team and their clients and providing best in class execution and experiences from end to end.
You will have a deep understanding and experience of the events and experience industry with a passion for innovative, new to market, best in class execution and experiences.
Working across a variety of clients from FMCG, Retail, Alcohol, Tech and the Festival industry, you will work closely with their strategic and creative teams to execute to the industry's best standards. You will build a hand-picked team of producers around you and manage them, working closely with client services, creative, strategy, design and the leadership team to ensure excellent outputs that are delivered in an efficient and effective way.
In this role you will work with the wider team and be involved in bringing in new business, working with the team on competitive pitches and executing all live work to a high standard.
You are a natural leader, and you lead by example, are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed, and are a highly collaborative person who knows the importance of connection within the work that you do. Be it internal departments within the agency, clients or suppliers to deliver the work.
Your experience covers working on a varied scale of events from budgets that are small tactical plays for clients to large bespoke executions with budgets upwards of $ 5 million. It goes without saying that you will have a high level of experience and proficiency in managing project budgets from a production standpoint and tracking agency profit.
If you are confident and resilient working in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple projects at once under tight deadlines and budget restrictions with ease, and have experience working in all faces of Production be it live experience, virtual or digital - this is the role for you.
