Join Our Team As a Head of Programmatic

• Develop and implement short-and long-term strategies with Agency programmatic channels to identify and sell unique sponsorship & advertising solutions across Video within our programmatic channel

Using programmatic platform experience to understand and identify key platform blockages and provide solutions to deliver revenue growth
Extensive knowledge of agency programmatic set up, deal structure and workflow to deliver insights on how to maximise revenue across Foxtel Media channels
Strong knowledge of SSP and DSP technical set and delivery platform to proactive understand challenges and opportunities
Exceptional relationships with agencies Head of Programmatic, SSP and DSP platforms to create and deliver best practice buying across Foxtel media
Working with internal tech and ad operations to provide best practice for agency platforms to deliver seamless buying across all channel partners
Using agency experience, build and deliver programmatic training programs for internal teams
Skills and Experiences We're Looking For

• Significant experience with programmatic & digital products and creatively driving revenue from custom solutions and ad inventory sales

Experience working directly and programmatically with agencies/agency trading desks to a high level
Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated and creative, and with strong attention to detail
Strategic commercial thinking & strong commercial and business acumen
Confidence & demonstrated experience managing stakeholders at a senior level
Ability to engagingly present to large groups at all levels
A strong understanding of brands and the multiplatform media landscape
Experience in managing and leading a high performing team
An understanding of revenue metrics and forecasting requirements
