Due to internal promotion, an opportunity has come up within the company, for a highly skilled Head of Property Management.
The Position
- Oversee rent roll of 2000 (approx) managements
- Manage a team of 20 memebers
- Strategic and operational planning
- Facilitate weekly meetings
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings
- Conduct monthly portfolio audits, identify gaps and implement solutions to reduce and mitigate risk
- Provide coaching and facilitate training
- Develop and implement scalable, standardised systems and processes
- Escalations
- Oversee compliance
- Develop and mentor team
- Monitor industry trends, technology and initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve staff retention and recognition
- Recruitment
- Identify new revenue stream opportunities

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 5 + years’ experience as a Head of Department managing a team.
- Possess a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
- You must be motivated by training and growing your team
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and outstanding time management skills are essential.
- A valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
