My client and I are looking for a Head of Sales, APAC region.
We need a proven person in the engineering mining space, to be based from their Perth office, and lead the organisation and management activities .
Being able to apply knowledge gained from experience and expertise previously, this will aid the responsbility to make decisions in many areas that will impact the organisation and its employee,s budgets and policies.
As to be expected , for a role of this high level, the responsibilities and duties are varied and exciting, and include
-Managing key accounts and implementing account management process
- Lead a global focus and sales operation tea,
- Consult and align with other internal functions such as legal and finance
- Drive implementation and education in sales
- Report back to SLT and group leadership
- Analyze and solve problems
Amongst other elements.
We are looking for someone ideally already based in Australia, as this role needs the person to sit within Perth. EPCM experience is the biggest thing we are looking for, with 15 years experience in the field, and proven sales and change implementation success, as well as solid people management skills
