Progressive Supplies is a successful, WA family owned and run wholesale business. We operate out of three branches located in Broome, Derby and Perth (Landsdale). We are looking for someone to join our Perth team in a sales and administration position. This person will be primarily responsible for managing the branches customers and sales, as well as the administration tasks that come along with this. This person will have the ability to productively multi-task, as well as prioritise the importance of ever-changing tasks. Qualifications & experience
- Customer service experience is a must have
- Administration experience is preferred
- Highly competent on the computer
- Multi-tasker and fast learner!
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer sales
- Up-sell where possible
- Administration tasks, such as email responses and taking/making phone calls
- Creating sales orders and invoicing using MYOB Advanced
- Working alongside the warehouse storeman and liaising with, regarding chemical manufacturing and delivery requirements
- Report on purchasing/stock requirements for the branch
