As a fundamental component of the BPC software team, the Head of Product Software is charged with formulating and enacting the Product Software team's strategy, closely aligned with BPC's overarching business strategies. This entails fostering a culture of accountability, peak performance, collaboration, and adaptability.

Reporting directly to the CEO or COO, your role will be crucial in leading strategic initiatives and immersing yourself in the specifics of tactical execution. Technical Skills Required:
- Mastery in PHP, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS.
- Deep knowledge of MySQL database systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and refine high-level strategies, personas, and business models to champion a scalable, user-centric philosophy.
- Lead the formation and management of multiple product groups to fulfill business goals.
- Offer strategic and tactical product guidance, resolving tensions as necessary.
- Direct the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of product management talent across different product areas.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing leaders to define product positioning.
- Guide a structured product process, from roadmap development to testing strategies.
- Focus projects on enhancing and fortifying our existing ERP system for current customers and on developing an ERP SaaS version for market entry. Also, maintain and upgrade the internal ERP system usage to meet the evolving business needs for improved monitoring, oversight, and insights.
Security Clearance Requirement:
- A police check clearance is required before starting the job.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in direct software Product Management experience.
- A proven track record of successfully launching products at scale.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing product teams.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate a vision, establish a strategy, and lead a team to successful execution.
- A collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skills, capable of influencing a broad spectrum of stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
