We truly believe that the sky's the limit for us, and we are well on our way toward becoming a global success story. But most of all, we love what we do, and we are looking for like-minded people to join us on this amazing journey!
About the Role
We're hiring a Product Designer to help liberate the power of the web and help businesses across the globe enhance their guest experience, manage their work and employees better, grow and become more compelling. You'll play a central role in inventing and shaping our product experience, working as a true equal with engineering and product. This is a job where you can make your mark.
What You’ll Do
You'll work on heavily-used products that push the industry forward. The best designs come from someone who can see it all through, from ideas to visuals to the finished product. You'll work on every stage of the product (research - development-ready design), not just small parts of the product.
You’re expected to drive both big and small projects. You’ll be able to communicate clearly with your colleagues, and stakeholders to understand the key objectives of the project and explore design solutions. You will have a focus on the user interface; undertaking research to identify core functional requirements which ensure that the product is easy to navigate and information effectively reaches the intended audience.
You approach your work with a spirit of partnership and collaboration, not exclusion or rigidness. You're a resourceful problem solver; you can feel for gaps in what you're working on, pitch solutions and implement them.
