About the opportunity..
As a Product Manager you will create and effectively communicate an innovative vision, competitive context, market opportunities and goals of the ELMO product. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our product strategy in a collaborative and highly skilled team.
What your day to day will look like..
- Applying Lean and Agile principles, you will define the vision and build the best product strategy. You will be involved in the full life cycle of the product, taking the ownership of the product/release and communicating the benefits to the team, business stakeholders and customers
- Liaising with Marketing on communication, you will establish the vision for the product/release and communicate the benefits to the team, business and key stakeholders
- Promoting a customer centric development approach, that includes qualitative and quantitative analysis, you will build better products and measure product outcomes
- Analyse and determine MVP, maximise the value of the product and ensuring the value of work performed by the team
- Be responsible for maximising ROI of features and accountable to the business case
- With your analytic, logical and innovative mindset you will find solutions, identify areas of improvement and seek innovative ideas to include in the products
- Supporting and contributing to a collaborative Scrum environment including values of courage, focus, collaboration, commitment, respect and openness.
What we would like to see you bring to the team..
- Proven and solid experience in product management in Agile environment
- Strong domain experience within the HR industry
- Analytic mindset, accuracy, attention to details and creative problem solving
- Strong commercial acumen including numeracy
- Proficiency with a variety of Agile project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong ability to manage roadblocks and conflicts leading to resolution to keep the project on track
