The Job:
We are looking for a Head of Strategy to lead our Brandfit Team pre-sale Strategy team and to work in a group function across our Cinema, Outdoor, and Digital businesses. The Brandfit department is a specialist strategy, creative, and implementation team supporting Val Morgan Cinema, VMO, and Val Morgan Digital businesses.
While no two days are the same, your day to day will be:
- Delivering annual partnership revenue across the verticals of Cinema, Outdoor, and Digital and lead group responses that tie our network together
- Championing and leading creativity, strategy, and innovation within Val Morgan’s partnership responses
- Developing key relationships within media and strategic agencies and constantly work towards exceptional client contact
- Leading our Brandfit pre-sale strategy team, developing your team to become the best versions of themselves.
Who we are looking for:
It goes without saying that you will be a top performer and creative thinker. We are looking for a highly organised and focused individual with experience in the media landscape. We’re also looking for someone with:
- Bachelor degree qualified in marketing, communication or advertising
- Circa 10 years of relevant experience in agency strategy and/or publisher strategy roles
- Experience managing diverse strategy and creative teams and skillsets, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Experience in matrixed organisations, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Exceptional use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, & Word)
- Exceptional communication and attention-to-detail
