Key Responsibilities…
- Reporting into the Director, you will take the lead on creating, presenting and managing social media strategies for new and existing clients
- Using new-edge technology such as AI tools to support the development of engaging social media strategies for clients
- Lead new business pitches, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and our agency's capabilities to delivery effective and engaging strategies and content
- Foster strong client relationships like a pro! Be the go-to person for our clients, understanding their needs inside out. Keep the love alive by ensuring top-notch service and solutions, making us the must-have partner. Keep our clients happy, satisfied, and coming back for more.
- Managing and leading a high performing team of Senior Account Managers, Account Executives and Producers, you will be responsible for building and retaining great talent
- Agency experience is a MUST. Whether you have worked for a small-midsized independent agency or a global holding group, you can adapt your strategies to an agency like us!
- Understands key performance metrics for Social Media activity and how to interpret the data to provide insightful reporting.
- Strong knowledge on the latest developments in the social media advertising space, including new functionality and guideline changes to social media algorithm. Interest in testing emerging platforms
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate seamlessly across functions to develop integrated and comprehensive strategies, ensuring successful execution from planning to activation.
- Experience in leading brand planning workshops, delivering senior client presentations, and participating in any client meetings that demand a strategic presence.
- Showcase a curious-mind and strategic nature, staying level with new technologies and solutions, with a genuine interest for leveraging AI tools.
- You are polite, professional, charismatic and proactive. Willing and able to follow our processes with a strong sense of accountability.
