Why Your Role Matters:
Take on an impactful position as the Head of Student Experience and Life at UNSW Canberra! This role offers the chance to lead the implementation of the Faculty strategy and enhance the experience for all students based in Canberra. Your contributions will enrich the academic community at UNSW Canberra.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a student-centric culture in collaboration with stakeholders, emphasizing educational excellence, lifelong learning, and a sense of belonging at UNSW Canberra.
• Implement strategies under the guidance of the Associate Dean (Education), ensuring alignment with UNSW Canberra Faculty Strategy, and work closely with stakeholders to enhance the student experience across locations and disciplines.
• Oversee the seamless delivery of Student and education support services, provide leadership to service teams, and drive projects to enhance the UNSW Canberra student and staff experience. Represent UNSW Canberra leadership to internal and external stakeholders, delivering executive reporting and action plans to maintain an optimal student experience.

• Extensive qualifications and executive-level experience in delivering high-quality education management.
• Proven leadership in higher education, including team management, strategic initiative development, and resource allocation. Commitment to student success, strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of effective communication and consensus-building.

Eligibility:

The successful candidate will be required to work from the UNSW Canberra campus. To be successful you will hold Australian Working Rights or Australian Citizenship. UNSW is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
