Programmed Training Services have an exciting opportunity available for a strategic, operational leader to join as the Head of Training Services. This role will provide strategic, tactical, and operational leadership to the Training Services business nationally.
Nature of position: Full-Time
Location: Can be based anywhere in Australia - National Role, will require ad hoc travel.
Reporting line: IIT Executive General Manager
Key Accountability
- Lead and oversea the strategic direction of the national Training Services business, in conjunction with EGM focusing on Growth, People, Safety & Operational Leadership
- Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans
- Oversee all commercial/financial aspects of the Training Services business including financial performance, budget setting and commercial and contract reviews.
- Promote and actively engage in communication and collaboration through all Staffing business units to create cohesion and opportunities for growth and development of the Training Services business.
- Focus on growth via new customer acquisition combined with creation of new industry programs and expanded products offered to existing customers.
- Developing a customer relationship management strategy for existing and new clients
- Create and Drive Sales opportunities and develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events.

- Previous Experience building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Capability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances - Strong interpersonal, emotional intelligence and relationship management skills is paramount.
- Detailed knowledge of the training sector market, including funding and program costs is highly advantageous.
- Strong Financial Acumen and experience with forecasting and delivering annual budgets, costings and pricing models.
- Ability to Apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organisation's goals
- Establishing effective and productive relationships with clients, peers and customers, ensuring you develop people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goals
- A strong commitment to and understanding of quality and OH&S management systems
