Requirements:
- Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA certificate
- Knowledge of Italian, French, and Australian wines
- Minimum WSET Level 3 qualification
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Positive attitude to customer service and teamwork
- Inventory management
- Creating/updating wine lists
- Collaborating with suppliers for selections/prices
- Training Sommeliers and Wine Waiters
- Wine procurement
- Advising customers on pairings
- Experience with Italian cuisine
