About the role
The Head to Health Clinical Team Leader will work collaboratively to support the implementation and ongoing development of the Enhanced Head to Health service. The Head to Health Clinical Team Leader will be expected to contribute expert knowledge to inform and guide the delivery of mental health services under the National Head to Health model of care.
About you
You are a motivated, organised person who can work autonomously but likes being part of a team. You enjoy a face paced environment, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and can manage and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
- General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, or AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker is essential (may consider applicants working towards mental health accreditation)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a mental health service.
- Demonstrated experience working within a recovery-based model.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and client software programs
- Full driver’s license and Working with Children Check (or able to obtain one)
