About the role
This exciting and diverse position will
- Drive and deliver clinical support to universities and communities including suicide postvention support Australia wide.
- Support the development and provision of clinical governance frameworks and practices for national responses to suicide
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision nationally
- Manage continuous improvement projects to ensure resources and practices align with the latest and emerging evidence and project needs.
Who we're looking for
headspace is seeking an individual with tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology (clinical, counselling, and 4+2 or 5+1 pathway), mental health nursing, and occupational therapy.
The Clinical Lead will be an individual who brings;
- An advanced level of clinical capability within child and youth mental health
- Experience in contributing to service development and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
- A strong client focus approach to service implementation
- Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- Can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide
