Summary:
This key role is accountable for ensuring that Entyr’s safety, risk and compliance frameworks are appropriately developed and effectively managed to enable compliance with all of the legal and regulatory obligations. Responsible for training co-ordination, injury management and Return to Work co-ordination.

This role is based at our factory in Staplyton, Gold Coast, with plans to expand interstate and globally. Main Responsibilities of the role:
- Promote and drive a positive Health and Safety culture and associated behaviours in the workplace
- Undertake risk assessment and accident, injury and incident investigations,
- Manage and maintain the integrity of all safety data management systems
- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports in relation to safety, compliance and risk
- Actively participate in pre-start meetings and toolbox talks
- Update, implement, and drive safety procedures, policies, SWMS, and processes
- Conduct audits, site inspections, and walkthroughs
- Support operational teams in HS Management system compliance
- Develop and implement new HS initiatives
- Communicate HSE requirements to project teams
- Contribute to risk identification and management processes
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Tertiary qualification or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and at least five years hands-on experience in a previous HS Advisor role
- Applied First Aid Certificate
- Knowledge and application of Safety management systems preferably in mining, processing/manufacturing, or heavy industry.
- Strong work ethic and strong sense of drive
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong administration and computer skills
