You will need to have a energetic attitude towards Health and Safety and have a keen eye when to identifying possible issues within the Health and Safety space

The Role:
- Ensures subcontractors work methods and H&S systems are reviewed prior to work commencement and regularly monitored
- Provide technical HSE advice and support to Subcontractors and suppliers
- Report on Subcontractor HSE performance on site and make recommendations for improvements
- Review Subcontractor JHA/SWMS and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct internal HSE audits
- Write basic HSE management plans and Project Risk Registers
- Ensures Project teams are adequately trained to perform their H&S responsibilities and provide ongoing coaching
The Requirements:
- Holds valid ‘C’ class drivers licence
- Holds a valid Construction Safety Awareness Card
- Formal qualification in First Aid
- Occupational Health & Safety qualification or equivalent
- Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP)
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
