We are seeking applications from Personal Care Workers to join our Residential Aged Care Team on a fixed term contract. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and be committed to providing high quality services, along with good communication skills and commitment to positive working relationship.
About you
As the successful applicant you will:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, or equivalent
- Have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver patient-centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with Dhelkaya Health requirements
- Have medication endorsement or be willing to undertake a course within the first 3 months of commencement.
