About the Role
The position of Health Care Worker is a challenging and rewarding career opportunity within Gippsland Southern Health Service. The key objective of this position is to assist in the provision of person-centred care to residents within GSHS’s residential aged care services as a member of a multi-skilled care team.
About You
The successful applicant should possess the following:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) - CHC33015 or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs. Salary Packaging is available for all staff. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
