Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
Your Opportunity:
Children's Health Queensland is taking a leadership role in ensuring that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people and their families have access to high quality health care which prioritises their cultural, emotional and spiritual needs.
The role will be responsible for the codesign and implementation of access pathways in the ambulatory care settings and provide advice in the development of a CHQ pathways and strategy for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
The role will assist in developing models of care and frameworks to deliver culturally safe services, informed by data analysis, community knowledge and best practice evidence.
