First Nations Health Equity Team are looking for Senior Project Officer (Identified) – First Nations Health Equity Team to join their PAH Campus team. Provide independent, high level strategic advice on issues affecting delivery of outcomes, within the context of the Health Equity project scope ensuring sensitivity to the needs of First Nations stakeholders.

About the Role
- Support the Project Manager, First Nations Health Equity Team (FNHET), to implement the Metro South Health (MSH), First Nations Health Equity Strategy 2022-2025 and Implementation Plan 2023-2025.
- Collaborate with facility leaders and managers to coordinate delivery of projects and initiatives that support the implementation of the MSH Implementation Plan 2023-2025 (the Plan).
- Prepare and disseminate high quality project documentation including project management plans and materials for specific project activities associated with achieving project objectives and other documents as required.
- Develop, facilitate and influence project planning, frameworks, practices and tools, including supporting and developing governance framework activities.
- Provide independent, high level strategic advice on issues affecting delivery of outcomes, within the context of the Health Equity project scope ensuring sensitivity to the needs of First Nations stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Elders and other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders community members to ensure their voices are valued, honoured and respected to ensure the Strategy and Plan are implemented in a codesign and collaborative process.
