You will be leading the Health Information Services team at Royal North Shore Hospital in all aspects of health care record management, including document imaging, data quality, and medico-legal functions.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management or demonstrated extensive experience as a Health Information Manager.
Extensive experience in the leadership and development of a team of professional and administrative personnel including sound knowledge at a strategic level of human resource management issues.
Thorough knowledge of clinical records management, data management and medico-legal services with demonstrated ability to plan, direct, evaluate and consult on all facets of a Health information management service
