About the Role
- To establish and maintain effective partnerships between stakeholders across the hospital, community and the primary health care sector, so that initiatives and projects are effectively enabled.
- Apply advanced clinical reasoning, knowledge, principles and practices to develop, implement and evaluate complex and interrelated allied health service planning initiatives and projects to achieve organisational goals for improved clinical outcomes.
- Develop monitor and report on clinical practices and outcomes for the projects being undertaken within the role through the collection, analysis and reporting of relevant data, key performance indicators and outcome measures.
