Position Profile: WA Country Health are seeking a Health Professional Mental Health.

In this role you will be responsible for assessment, planning and recovery orientated, consumer centred and trauma informed clinical care to child and adolescent clients and families of Mental Health & Community Alcohol Drug Service. Liaises with Government and non-government service providers to coordinate the provision of Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Services to clients and provide educational support to those agencies.
