About the role:
The Population Health portfolio is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of population health strategies and programs across Victoria.
Reporting to one of the Health Promotion Leads, the Health Promotion Officer is responsible for actively contributing to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of established statewide oral Health Promotion programs. The role will also support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of new oral Health Promotion strategies and initiatives that align with future Population Health priorities.
About you:
- Qualification/s in Health Promotion, public health, health or social sciences or related discipline.
- Experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Health Promotion programs and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and culturally and linguistically diverse communities (desirable).
