This is a Recruitment Pool for a 12 month Full Time Fixed Term position (Part Time may be considered), with the possibility of extension(s). We currently have one (1) position avavailble for immediate filling.
This recruitment pool may be used to fill similar positions across the Wheatbelt (Narrogin, Northam, Moora) including Full Time Fixed Term, Part Time Fixed Term and Parental Leave cover, with the possibility of extension(s).
Position Profile: The Health Promotion officer plans, implements, and evaluates Health Promotion strategies and programs across Eastern Wheatbelt, in community and hospital settings, using sound theory and evidence-based practice. You will be required to develop and maintain effective partnerships and build the capacity of other health professionals and community.
The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.
