Rare part time, job share opportunity reporting to the National HSE Manager. You will be part of a team which develops and facilitates the implementation of HSE and Disaster Prevention projects throughout Bridgestone’s operations. You will be responsible for HSE system planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Actively participate in HSE planning processes.
- Development of HSE System documentation, review and dissemination.
- Coordination of HSE consultative forums.
- Policy / Procedure review and integration across BSANZ.
- HSE system reporting, including statistical, project, KPI, audit and management reporting.
About you
You will be a tech-savvy and proactive individual with strong interpersonal and administrative skills. You will bring to this position proven HSE experience in injury management, and sound knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a HSE position.
- Strong communication skills both in writing and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage time appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
