• Strong End user support experience

• Strong technical knowledge of Server and Endpoint management

• Strong Active Directory – Group Policy Management experience.

• PowerShell Scripting ability

• Knowledge of Security hardening of OS, application and access control management.

• Understanding of Networking & Telephony solutions (Ex: LAN, WAN, VOIP etc)

• Understanding of Authentication software and Single sign on preferred

• Ability to effectively manage multiple project tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

• Strong Problem-solving skills

• Result driven and good attention to detail

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

About The RoleBased in Adelaide, you will be responsible for timely delivery of IT operational support and project activities across all Journey Beyond Businesses.You will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Provide all levels of support for IT system and solutions

• Effective management and resolution of incidents, service requests and problems within agreed timeline

• Liaise with third parties and support partners to ensure effective problem resolutions across a range of technologies

• Undertake implementation tasks in Technology projects
