The Role
As a result of business growth, ongoing investment in the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing of our people and a commitment to grow our capability, we are currently seeking an energetic and passionate WHS Business Partner to join our WHS Team. Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing this role will provide leadership and support in all aspects of WHS. This includes:
- Provide leadership and advice on Health, Safety and Wellbeing risks across various business divisions.
- Drive improvement through strong collaboration with stakeholders
- Promote and support the development of safety culture in responsible areas
- Ensure that the business meets all WHS legislative requirements

What we are looking for

- Tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV of WHS minimum)
- 3+ years experience in a designated WHS role
- Strong understanding of relevant state and federal WHS legislation
- Demonstrated experience in injury management, including Worker’s Compensation and Claims Management
- Current and valid driver’s license
