NURSE EDUCATOR - Mental Health
Are you a motivated and passionate nurse inspired by professional development and nurturing of others? A position to work as a Nurse Educator role is available from mid March.
You will play a key role in the facilitation of Undergraduate Student Placement, provide mandatory training to staff and support the Education Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate Undergraduate Student Placements
- Provide hands on educational support and clinical teaching/facilitation and orientation to all staff, graduate nurses & students
- Promote a high standard of evidence based nursing care to all patients, through dissemination of current best practice knowledge
- Support staff compliance to annual Mandatory Training and completion of eLearning components

Essential Criteria:
- Registered Nurse with Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Mental Health
- High degree of computer literacy including MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Certificate IV workplace training and Assessment (TAE) (or working towards / willingness to obtain)
