Health & Safety Business Partner
Citywide is recruiting for a Health & Safety Business Partner to provide advice and support in relation to all aspects of Health and Safety. Working closely with all levels of management, you will ensure the provision of best practice Occupational Health and Safety and assist the business in driving change aligned to the organisational strategy.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of best practice Occupational Health & Safety strategies, policies, programs and procedures.
- Providing support to an operational and corporate portfolio.
- Providing leadership and support to management on all aspects of Occupational Health and Safety.
- Actively participating in in the development of a high performance safety culture.
- Conducting behavioural observation programs.
- Coaching and mentoring stakeholders in conducting positive conversations during interventions.
- Conducting and leading independent incident investigations and providing timely reports and recommendations.
- Reviewing and conducting risk assessments, recording results and making recommendations as required.
- Providing support and advice to the business regarding legislative changes and their effect on business practices.
- Participating in the SQE meeting and providing support and advice.
- Identifying Health & Safety issues that may affect the success of business operations and developing strategies to resolve.
- Other duties as required within the scope of the role.
Skills and qualifications required:
- Demonstrated experience in a Health & Safety Adviser, Consultant or Business Partner role.
- Qualification in Health & Safety or related discipline.
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to coach, advise and support leaders
- Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment with multiple deadlines
- Knowledge and application of relevant laws and regulations across Australia
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
