Position SummaryHealth & Wellbeing AdvisorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Wellbeing Advisor to join the People & Culture team at Latrobe Regional Health on a 6 Month, Fixed Term basis.Reporting to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, the successful applicant will play an important role in all aspects of health, wellbeing and injury management.LRH employees enjoy access to:

We are looking for candidates with:

• A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Injury Management or equivalent skills/experience will be essential
• Working knowledge of relevant Acts, Regulations and Standards associated with Human Resources and Workers Compensation
• Excellent Organisational and communication skills High level problem solving and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
