At Alltrax Diesel Services we provide our customers with top-of-the-line mobile mechanical repair and maintenance services in the Perth Metro and Western Australian region. We are a family-owned company based in Rockingham that has been operating profitably for the last 2 years. With 20 years of industry experience, we have the required skills and expertise to efficiently repair and maintain large, diverse machinery fleets with ease. Moreover, we also emphasize punctuality and ensure that each project is completed within the agreed deadline. As part of our field service we carry out machine repairs & maintenance & component rebuilds.
It has come time to expand our business, we are currently seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic with experience in the earthmoving and road transport industry to join the team.
Job Overview:
- Maintaining a fleet of Volvo Kingvac / Capellotto industrial vacuum & pressure cleaning trucks and associated ancillary plant based out of the clients Esperance workshop
- Field Service when required – Kalgoorlie, Esperance and Esperance ports
- Liaising with service manager with regards to ordering parts when required. This role consists of servicing, maintaining, fault finding and diagnostics of heavy plant & road transport equipment.
- Ports Inductions required and supplied.
What’s in it for you:
- Casual, Full-time role
- Even time roster, 7days on 7 days off, 12 hr days
- $60 - $75 p/h based on experience
- Esperance based with some travel to Kalgoorlie & goldfields area.
- Local position or DIDO available to the right candidate
- Service Ute supplied with fuel card
- Own Permanent room in company share house located in Esperance supplied for DIDO candidates
- Immediate start
About you:
- Must have a Mechanical Trade Certificate. (Heavy Diesel) (Road Transport)
- Must hold a current and Valid C Class Western Australian Driver's Licence - HR Licence (Highly desirable)
- A current National Police Clearance. (Must be less than 6 months old)
- 2 years’ experience as a fully qualified tradesman
- Must have FULL Australian working rights
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test and pre-employment medical.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work unsupervised & independently
- Earthmoving experience (not essential)
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal

- Forklift Certificate
