We have a great opportunity for an experienced receptionist or administrator to join a long established agency based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
They are looking for someone with previous reception/administration experience, that has an interest in pursuing a career in the Real Estate Industry.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting Clients and answering phones
- Opening & Closing the Office
- Maintaining the database
- Handling keys and new tenant welcome packs
- Assisting with advertising and marketing for Sales & Rental Properties
- Liaising with landlords & tenants
- Other administration ad hoc duties as required
- Previous reception or administration experience
- Previous Real Estate experience - highly desirable
- An Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV), we will consider applicants that are willing to enroll prior to starting.
- Professional personal presentation
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- The ability to work unsupervised & within a team
- Excellent attention to detail
