This dynamic property company based in South Melbourne, close to public transport, is seeking a permanent Receptionist/Administrator to come on board and fit in with their close-knit team.
Your new role
Working closely with the Property Manager, you will be the first point of contract for all tenants in the building, responsible for the administration and running of a busy office. This is a broad and interesting role where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Property Managers and Directors including; Personal Assistant duties, ordering stationery and office supplies, assisting with client/tenant queries, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with some accounting tasks and ensuring all administration tasks are being carried out successfully by the support staff.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate initiative and think on your feet to really add value to an organisation. You will need to be immediately available to interview and ideally be able to start in the role within the next couple of weeks. To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience providing administrative support in a senior position, ideally within the construction/property sector.
