We are currently looking to expand our Adelaide team with an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic for our workshop at the Wingfield depot. This is a Full-Time permanent position with overtime available to suit applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service and repair faults as required within allocated timeframes
- Rotate across full scope of tasks assigned to the workshop as required
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate and meet the following criteria:
- Trade qualified
- Experience in providing maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and quality of work
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of automotive workshop processes
- Experience with Kenworth Trucks would be an advantage
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency with unrestricted working rights
- Undertake a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.
