Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Height Safety Specialist to enhance our operational capabilities and ensure the highest levels of safety compliance. This role demands a proactive approach to implementing safety protocols and training programs in high-risk environments.
Responsibilities:
- Client liaison and service coordination
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop site-specific safety plans.
- Understanding of installation and inspection Height Safety equipment to ensure compliance with national and industry-specific safety standards.
- Deliver training sessions on safe working practices at heights to diverse teams.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve safety standards and practices.
- Respond to and investigate safety incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations for preventive measures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the Height Safety industry, with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Certifications in Height Safety, business administration, work health and safety or related fields.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and lead teams in safety practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
