Help Desk Support

MediaForm is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions. We are looking for a full-time Help Desk Support to join the team in our head office in Sydney, NSW. Specialising in the IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all the major IT vendors; HP, Samsung, FujiFilm, Lexmark, Apple and Brother through to different B2B industry verticals.

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Winston Hills (Sydney, NSW) location

Duties will include:

• Assisting with inbound and outbound calls and emails for technical support enquiries
• Responsible for creating, maintaining and closing tickets via ticketing system

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly and self motivated
