The Role
Reporting into the IT Manager, you will act as first point of contact, providing support for any information technology issues and problems. You will thrive in a busy environment and enjoy taking responsibility for the support of our client's internal systems and identifying opportunities for improvement within their business.
Skills and Experience
In this role you will be responsible for:
● Providing assistance by phone and email, addressing, resolving and logging all incidents and requests
● Helping to manage the deployment and configuration of desktop and mobile devices
● Assisting in the documentation of ICT policies and procedures
● Creating a positive customer support experience, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as required
To be successful, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong Windows 10 administration and O365 skills
- Knowledge of Exchange, AD, VMWare and Windows Server
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic networking knowledge
