2 open positions, one north of river, one south of river

3-month contract with extension

Your new role 
•    Sound technical knowledge of PC hardware and software. 
•    Working knowledge of Apple iOS and Android computing devices. 
•    Sound knowledge of network hardware and protocols. 
•    Working knowledge of Help Desk support and service management processes. 
•    Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite. 
•    Sound knowledge of Internet/Intranet support issues.

What you'll need to succeed 
•    Demonstrated experience in a Help Desk role working in a team environment. 
•    Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, and supporting PC hardware and Software, including the current Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite of products. 
•    Demonstrated experience in Windows operating system administration and support.
•    Broad experience in support of commonly used PC and mobile applications (Adobe, Apple iOS, Android etc)
