Essential Criteria:

• Proven track record of wowing customers with your outstanding service

• Microsoft Certifications (because who doesn't love a good certification?)

• Master of MS Windows Desktops and MS Office 365 solutions – you know these platforms like the back of your hand
• Experience battling cyber baddies with common Antivirus and Antimalware Solutions
• Self-motivated with a superhero-like ability to swoop in and save the day
• Organizational skills that would make Marie Kondo proud
• Work ethics that would make your grandma beam with pride

Desirable Criteria:

• Familiarity with configuring and administering SME routers & firewalls, network printers and scanners, backup and recovery solutions, and even Apple and Android devices – because why limit yourself to just one flavor of tech?

Responsibilities Include, but are Not Limited to:

• Being the IT hero our clients deserve – providing top-tier support with a smile (even if it's behind a screen!)
• Configuring, supporting, and administering hardware, software, and networking solutions like a boss
• Masterminding projects from start to finish – whether it's a new deployment, migration, or upgrade, you're the captain of the ship
• Keeping our clients' data safe and sound by monitoring and maintaining backup and disaster recovery systems
• Providing on-site and remote support that leaves our clients wondering how they ever lived without you
