Property Manager Role - Kew Area

This executive portfolio of properties in the esteemed area of Kew, would suit a PM looking for their next challenge.
You will be working in a new, modern, clean and friendly High End office, alongside a large experienced and professional team!
The role is taking over a portfolio of 150 High End homes ($1,000 per week + rentals) located in the inner suburbs (Kew/Hawthorn/Toorak/Armadale).
A full and CLEAN handover will be provided to the successful candidate!
JOB DUTIES:
- Executive portfolio of 150 properties
- Lease renewals, finalising condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with admin support
Using PropertyMe systems, with minimal weekends (as you have leasing support) this role is available only due to the current PM moving on to start their own company!
Mandarin speaking is advantageous for this opportunity.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, High End portfolio)
- Well presented and spoken skills
