Headed up by a fantastic Principal and with a Property Management Department reputation that is second to none, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a streamlined team and manage a high-end portfolio.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, we are looking for someone to provide a high level of service to high-end properties on the Lower North Shore. With the right support from a Leasing Consultant and Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio consisting of high-touch properties
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Conducting repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears management
- Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carrying out regular rent and lease reviews
- Preparing claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
- Working closely with the Sales Team to grow & develop the rent roll
The Candidate:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- We are looking for someone who has the ability to deal with high-end clientele and deliver outstanding customer service!
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A good eye for detail!
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
