Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Hire Coordinator to work in our Head Office in Osborne Park on a 4month casual basis. Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
All plant and equipment hire requests
Supplying quotes to various projects
Monitoring and actioning rate increases by suppliers
Keeping accurate records of plant and equipment hires including rates, attachments, on-hire and off-hire documentation
Keeping accurate utilisation reports for all projects
Reconciling monthly invoices and raising purchase orders using our system
Liaising with Plant Hire personnel to coordinate on-hire and off-hire inspections
Assisting with transport coordination of all Plant and Equipment when required
Creating and managing Hire Agreements for all hired equipment
To be successful, you will have the following:
Demonstrated administrative skills
Good knowledge and understanding of document management processes and practices
Proficient use and strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of the construction/mining industry
Previous experience using Visio, Viewpoint and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to utilise and update excel spreadsheets/matrices & databases
Construction Card
‘C’ class Driver’s license
