Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management, booking meetings and travel arrangements
- Typing, editing and proof-reading letters, memos, briefs and court documents
- High volume of monthly billing
- Liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff
- Coordinate mail
- Ad hoc administration
To be considered, you will need to have previous experience as a Legal Secretary/legal assistant, ideally with some exposure in the insurance space however this is not essential.
